About this Product

A super tough foraging toy

An acrylic treasure chest shaped box you can fill with wood shapes, treat or anything you can fit inside that your Parrot will happily want to retrieve.

The see-through design of this Treasure Box Foraging Parrot Toy allows your Parrot to easily see the rewards inside. There various shaped holes around the toy allow access to the goodies inside but also make it challenging for them to be removed.

Your Parrot's Treasure Box Foraging Toy can easily be refilled with a Treasure Box Replacement Refill Pack. Alternatively, you can push a whole host of other materials, treats and goodies for your Parrot to retrieve.

Filling the Treasure Box with shredded paper allows you to hide smaller treats inside that might normally be too easily removed. There are lots of other ways you and your Parrot can enjoy using your Treasure Box Toy.

You may even find that your Parrot starts storing their treasures inside this extra tough toy just to keep them safe!

Toy Safety

Every Parrot is different and toys should be chosen with care to match your bird`s personality, as well as how strong and destructive they are. Many toys are made to be chewed and destroyed – that`s part of the fun – so if the toy doesn’t last as long as you expected this is probably because it wasn’t suitable in the first place.

The only toy that is 100% safe is the one that your bird never plays with. We strongly recommend close supervision, especially when introducing new or unfamiliar toys to your bird.

It is important to check toys regularly, you may need to repair or replace any which have become unsafe. Please pay particular attention to rope toys, any loose threads should be trimmed straightaway.

Please remove all packaging from toys and accessories before giving to your bird, this may include silica gel sachets which are non-toxic and help ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
