How can I order my cage?
A member of our customer service team will contact you after you place your cage. Your order will not be processed until you have spoken to a member of a team to confirm it is suitable for your Parrot.
Where can my cage be delivered?
It can be delivered to a home or work address. We are unable to ship cages across water or overseas ? (unless you can use a UK mainland delivery address, such as a friend, relative or freight forwarding business)
When will I receive my cage?
The supplier will call you to book in the delivery. It will be delivered separately from any other items in your order.
Somone must be home to sign for the cage delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, and we are unable to leave the item in a safe place if no one is present.
What happens once my cage is delivered?
The driver will not be able to take the cage inside your property. If the cage arrives damaged, please sign for it as 'damaged' and contact us immediately
Some cages may be delivered on a pallet , if so, it will have to be disposed of by the customer.
Please do not put your bird in the cage until you are fully happy.

Next Working Day Service is available to some areas depending on capacity and the cage type you are purchasing. Please see full details on the product detail page or contact usfor more information. We are unable to ship cages across water or overseas. Certain postcodes in Scotland and non-mainland UK postcodes may also be subject to an additional delivery charge for larger items such as cages ? please contact us for more details.
Due to the weight and size, some cages are delivered on a pallet service to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your cage is going to be delivered this way, we will contact you. Please note the courier is unable to collect / return / dispose of the pallet. Please ensure there is sufficient access and parking on the day of delivery.
