About this Product
Popular and entertaining toy with lots of textures for your Parrot to explore.Adored as much now as it was when it was first introduced, some classic toys such as this Spiddy - Medium continue to keep Parrots thoroughly entertained year after year.
Now your bird can enjoy many hours of fun playtime when you hang this Spiddy - Medium up in their cage or on their play gym stand.
Loads of leather strips have been threaded and knotted onto an acrylic shape with even more knots at the ends, all for your Parrot to enjoy chewing and untying; keeping their beak active and occupying their clever mind.
The knotted leather legs hold on coloured wood blocks, great for helping quench your bird's natural desire to chew. Chewing on materials such as wood helps your bird keep their beak nice and trim.
Soft cotton rope is knotted around the top with curls dangling down for your bird to preen with. Having materials your Parrot can preen on can help reduce unwanted overpreening behaviours, keeping your bird looking amazing.
As your Parrot climbs and swings around on their Spiddy - Medium, the wood shapes rattle and the toy tilts as they hang on and play, giving them lots of exercise through play so they stay fit and healthy.
Use the metal quick link provided to securely and quickly fasten this toy to your Parrot's cage or play gym stand.

Every Parrot is different and toys should be chosen with care to match your bird`s personality, as well as how strong and destructive they are. Many toys are made to be chewed and destroyed – that`s part of the fun – so if the toy doesn’t last as long as you expected this is probably because it wasn’t suitable in the first place.
The only toy that is 100% safe is the one that your bird never plays with. We strongly recommend close supervision, especially when introducing new or unfamiliar toys to your bird.
It is important to check toys regularly, you may need to repair or replace any which have become unsafe. Please pay particular attention to rope toys, any loose threads should be trimmed straightaway.
