Palm Nuts are an irresistible, nutritious and sweet tasting natural food. They provide good levels of Vitamin E (which enhances the immune system) and magnesium (which aids in nutrient delivery).

Palm Nuts should be stored frozen, to prepare simply remove 1 or 2 at a time and place in a fridge to thaw overnight, or leave out for a period during the day. Then rinse and hand them over to your Parrot.

The high oil content of Palm Nuts means you can refreeze them on receipt without affecting taste or quality.
