This Vetark Ark-Klens Avian Disinfectant Cleaner and Deodoriser 250ml is perfect for routine cleansing and disinfection of your Parrot’s cage, food dishes, water bowls and work surfaces.
At the recommended dilutions Vetark Ark-Klens is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-staining and non-irritant. And is very effective against bacteria, viruses, fungi and protects against diseases such as Psittacosis.
Not only is Ark-Klens suitable for the disinfection of bird environments, it can also be used safely as a disinfectant for bird and chicken eggs and incubators. It can be of particular use in exotic bird quarantine situations.
Whilst the primary use for Ark-Klens is for animal products, you may also find you can use it around your home, to disinfect worktops and desks. If you do wish to use the product in this way, please ensure you test it on a small area of the surface you are cleaning to check there is no reaction.
