We want you to love every purchase - but if something isn?t quite right, we?re here to help. You can return any item (under 15kg) for FREE, for any reason providing it's unused and in its original condition and packaging.


Once we receive your return, we?ll process your refund promptly to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

You can return any purchased item, for any reason. All we ask is that it?s returned unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

  • Perishable goods (like food & treats): Return within 30 days*

1. Create Your Return

Visit our At Last portal and follow the steps online. Choose your pre paid option and select collection or drop off.


2. Package it up!

Make sure it?s securely packed. Please include your sales order number.


3. We?ll Handle the Rest

Once we receive and process your return, we?ll email you and refund within 3-5 working days.


*This guarantee is in addition to your legal right under the EC Directive on Consumer Rights to cancel an order within 14 working days without a reason. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  • Large or heavy item?

    We?ll arrange collection (fees may apply, starting at ?15). For goods over 15kg or parcels larger than 60cm long please contact us.


    For Cage returns please contact us.

    Wrong item or damaged goods?

    Get in touch right away ? we?ll sort it quickly and cover return costs.





    My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

    Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. We review each case individually and, in some cases, we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action.




    Exchanges?

    We don?t offer exchanges at the moment. Please return the item and place a new order.

    Return postage refunds?


    All returns processed via the At Last portal are free. If you use another method, postage costs aren?t refunded.

    When will I be refunded?

    Once your return has been received you will be issued a refund. Refunds are processed in 3 - 5 working days.
