The ingredients are premium whole grains and are approved for human consumption.

Adult Lifetime is recommended as year round maintenance formula for healthy, non-breeding birds including Canaries, Finches, Budgies Lories, Cockatiels, Lovebirds, Quakers, doves, pigeons and other small birds.

If you're changing your birds diet from a seed based one, then it is advised to complete a dietary program of High Potency (see product 58113) for a period of 6 months first.

We would recommend a veterinary health check prior to changing your bird's diet.

A bag of Harrison’s can be used within 12 weeks of opening. This is as long as the food is kept dry, in the air tight bag with top tightly sealed. However as the food contains no artificial preservatives the pieces will eventually start to go stale.

Storage
Because Harrison`s is committed to protecting your bird from artificial preservatives, we suggest you taste and smell this product for freshness prior to feeding. A bag of Harrison’s can be used within 12 weeks of opening. This is as long as the food is kept dry, in the air tight bag with top tightly sealed. However as the food contains no artificial preservatives the pieces will eventually start to go stale. Keep food fresh by squeezing all air out of bag and zipping the bag shut at the top. If zip lock gets removed or damaged, fold top over several times and clip shut with "chip clip" or clothes pin. Keep food in original bag. Do not store food in plastic bags or Tupperware®. Store at room temperature. Refrigeration of food is not necessary
