I have a beautiful Kakariki called Kiwi. I got kiwi with my first ever paycheck when I got a job at 18.

She was this tiny green bird who just instantly changed my life. She quickly learned her name (although she thinks I?m called Kiwi and will shout it whenever I?m not in the room) and we created a bond like no other.

She is the reason I started studying animal care and I now work for the RSPCA (and have rescued a handsome Cockatiel) and she is still inspiring me till today her craftiness and love.
