You can either hang the whole toy in your birds cage or what I do just one disc at a time and let the fun begin. If your bird or birds like to chew and tear up things well this is the ideal toy for them, my little birds love hanging from theirs and generally shredding it at the same time.

These are great chewing toys for parrots, although my grey doesn't take very long to demolish the toy! He prefers the smaller kabob toy to the larger ones.

I've had this toy for over 3 months now and tried it on my Quakers and Petz Conure and so far they not even bothered with it which is a shame as I thought it would be right up their street!I will give it another try when I shift their toys around.Its a well made kabob and I can see some birds will enjoy this straight away maybe I've just been unlucky with it so far.

First I bought the mini kabob for my Hahn's, Jake. He scolded it for days, then ignored it for weeks. Then I came home one day to find most of it shredded, on his floor! I bought the standard a little later, and he took to it straight away. 2 months later and he's still chewing his way through it, it keeps him quiet for hours!I usually have trouble finding decent toys for him, cockatiel and senegal toys are too small but the large macaw toys are too big. This one's perfect for mini macaws!

Don't know why but our green cheeked conure ignores this toy until my wife has a bowl of porridge at which point our bird attacks the kabob with all his little heart! It is a great toy and soft for the birds to chew. We are now on our 4th kabob in a year!

My Eastern Rosella has just destroyed her second small one, she loves this kind of soft chew. It takes her 2 weeks or so to destroy it because she has other chewtoys that also needs her attention. I will be getting one with every order I'm sure;)

they are fun and chewable but can be gone and destroyed within minutes!i love them because my birds do- but i can not afford personally to buy a new one every week!i now splash out on a few and add on extra likes chewables and foraging items.this makes them last longer and the birds have allot more fun with them too!
