About this Product

This intriguing looking toy is great for your inquisitive Parrot as it rattles as your Parrot plays.

The Balls and Blocks Parrot Toy is packed full of different materials and textures for your bird to explore. Plus there is the option for you to further personalise your bird`s toy.

The large vine ball with the coloured lolly sticks pushed through it is just the start. Watch your Parrot learn to pull them out and chew them up, you can easily fill the inside, then tie on or weave through more materials for your bird to enjoy.

You can do the same with the whiffle balls, which already have coloured plastic beads inside. These rattle around every time your bird pulls one of the leather legs, grabs hold or climbs on the Balls and Blocks Hanging Parrot Toy.

The knotted leather legs which are holding on the whiffle balls also have coloured wood blocks attached. The blocks are there so your Parrot can chew on something a little bit more substantial.

Any of the holes in the wood blocks or whiffle balls make great places to wedge foods or treats. Try just placing a few around the toy so your Parrot has to go searching around to find them. This is great fun for your bird and helps to satisfy their natural urge to forage.

Toy Safety

Every Parrot is different and toys should be chosen with care to match your bird`s personality, as well as how strong and destructive they are. Many toys are made to be chewed and destroyed – that`s part of the fun – so if the toy doesn’t last as long as you expected this is probably because it wasn’t suitable in the first place.

The only toy that is 100% safe is the one that your bird never plays with. We strongly recommend close supervision, especially when introducing new or unfamiliar toys to your bird.

It is important to check toys regularly, you may need to repair or replace any which have become unsafe. Please pay particular attention to rope toys, any loose threads should be trimmed straightaway.
