Vine Ring Rattle Foot Toy for Parrots

Bought this for my grey he loves it.

Rory was a little unsure at first but now he uses it to bang the bars of his cage, he has already manged to pull the hoops off and put them back on!

Not suitable for African greys, my parrot destroyed this in 10 minutes.

great little toy , my bird ( blue fronted amazon ) gets excited when he sees this toy ,its light he can easily pick it up and play and even fly about with it ,

Got this for my Amazon as he loves foot toys. This was no exception.Its nice and colourful and has the vine rings which he enjoys moving around on the sticks.It's also quite durable as he hasn't destroyed it fully yet.Will defo be something I order again.

i bought one of these for my african grey at christmas and he was obsessed with it, i rebuilt it and bodged it together as he destroyed it over and over again untill it was all gone, a month ago i bought another and hes not as obsessed with this one but he does still play with it and i have already rebuilt it a couple of times. i definatly recommend it but i dont think ill be buying another, time for something different i think.(as well as him playing with it and chewing it we also played games with it like fetch or rolling it across the worktop to each other, great fun had!)

I was a bit sceptical about this at first as my African Grey showed no interest what so ever. We had to get on the floor with her and play with it ourselves then she was hooked! She loves it. It took her all of about 30 minutes to destroy the vine rings though. She loved every second of chewing through them and scattering the pieces everywhere. Kept her out of mischief briefly! The dumbbell part of it is now pushed through the bars of her cage and she loves to bash it about, she even tries to perch on it and inevitably ends up upside down - but she won’t let go! This is as entertaining for us as it is for her.

My Amazon has had this toy in her cage for about three months, and still has not properly played with it herself!She can be a little slow to get to grips with a new toy, so this does not enduly bother me. I just know that in one of her future, 'mad moments', she will eventually start to play with it, and might indeed, destroy it! At the moment, the only time she will show interest in it, is when I play with it myself!.The only thing I do not like about it, is that the wooden balls at the end tend to come off quite easily, and I spend most of my time picking up the coloured vine rings from the floor of her cage.

This is a really good foot toy for an African Grey. My bird usually ignores them, but he's had a really good chew on this!
