Returns & Refunds

Free Returns * 90 Day Guarantee *

Feel free to return anything you have purchased from us - for any reason - within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. All we ask is you return it in the same condition you received it*.


Please complete the returns note received with your order and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.

Small and medium parcels up to 15kg can be returned FREE at any UK Post Office. Please visit and follow the instructions - you'll need to print a label.

Please omit the letters SO (which appear at the beginning of your order number) when inputting the details onto the Royal Mail website. 

Large parcels, or those weighing more than 15kg, will need to be collected from your home and there will be a collection fee for unwanted items, minimum £10 (cages will cost more). Please contact us to arrange this. We do not charge for collecting damaged or faulty goods.

You can arrange the return yourself if you wish, please use a trackable service and make sure you get adequate insurance. Returns should be sent to

Please note we do not provide postage refunds if you pay to return goods. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Perishable goods, such as foods, must be returned within 30 days. We're sorry but Custom-made / Special Order products cannot be returned. DVDs and CDs can only be returned if unopened.
*This guarantee is in addition to your legal right under the EC Directive on Consumer Rights to cancel an order within 14 working days without a reason. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Faulty/Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or that you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange return at our expense, and provide a replacement or refund as required.

Any complaints/problems/damages with cages must be accompanied by photographs.
