I bought this to hang in my house to enrich the environment for my parrot when she is out of the cage. It is probably a bit too big for a kakariki because it is huge, but it is a perfect place for her to perch and play with toys and forage as well as play with the bridge itself.

Great toy and perch which also smells lovely. My kakariki likes playing with the toys and nibbling on the mat. I have it hanging near the window so she can perch on it and watch the birds in the garden.

Lovely collection of toys, all the perfect size for my kakariki and I am sure she will love them all when she gets to play with them. She went crazy for the tube the minute I took it out of the box and had great fun climbing in and out while I unpacked the toys.

I was going to buy some of the toys separately, but I decided to get the pack because its great value for money and the other toys looked interesting. Theyre all the perfect size for my kakariki. I havent tried them all with her yet, as Im rotating them, but so far she likes the disc toy and the wind chime toy. I also like that the rope is sisal.

My kakariki loves nothing better than to climb into a box and shred the contents, so I thought this toy would be a great way to challenge her shredding needs safely. So far she has nibbled at it but seems a little shy of ripping the paper to shreds. Maybe she is just too busy checking out all her new toys!

I used to use a pink cleaner for my bird things and it did the job, but it would stain the perches and toys. I got this product on the recommendation of a very experienced parrot lady, and it is wonderful. It cleans brilliantly, doesnt leave any stain behind and it smells quite nice.

I bought this for my kakariki after initially trying the petite size, which was a fraction too big for her. She was much happier in this. It took training to get her used to it and the handling needed to put it on her, so it is worth taking the time to make it a positive experience. It is lovely to sit in the garden with her without her being in her cage or worrying about her getting lost. She can also go for little flights into the trees or onto the grass, which is lovely.

The Aviator Parrot Harness - Petite - £34.99

This is a wonderful harness that is escape proof, comfortable and safe and allows my parrot to go for little flights into the trees, on to her perch or around me. It does take some training with handling and getting used to the harness and it takes time getting the bird both used to the harness and to being outside without bars around it, but its worth it. It takes practice taking the harness on and off for the human as well as the bird! Be careful on the sizing however. I got the petite for my kakariki and it was just a little too big it fit her well but the buckle hung a little low on the top of her leg and irritated her so I switched to the mini and she is much happier.

My kakariki loves these. She can tear chunks out of the soft inner fibre or work a bit harder on the slightly tougher shell. They are light enough so she can pick one up and hold it, even though the piece is the same size as her! Great toy for hours of enjoyment.

My kakariki loves these. I break them into four so they are a better size for her - they will last longer too! She loves taking them out of her toy box and flying with them to a comfortable perch to chew. If she drops them, she jumps down and fetches them again. She has great fun.

Very nice foraging toy. Easy to fill. Put some of the pick n fly seeds and leaves in this for my kakariki and she went crazy for it immediately. I like how she can stand on the toy if she wants and there is even a little wooden ring to help her get her footing. Highly recommend.

I got these for my new kakariki because I read they were good for introducing a seed eating bird to pellets. It took me a few weeks to get him to eat them. They are a little too big for him, so I break them up a bit when I add them to his breakfast. He loves them now. Northern parrots have them at a great price, they arrived very quickly and in great condition.

This arrived in good time and in good condition. Only took a few minutes to put together. It is a quality stand with a plastic tray to catch mess and I particularly like the arm to hang toys from. My only quibble is that it is a little large for my kakariki, but he is getting used to it and enjoys foraging from his toys hanging on it.
