Richard King and his son Andrew are the current owners of family run company King's Cages.

Richard started the business in 1975, when, whilst working at a quarantine station, he noticed that there weren't any safe bird cages for the larger bird. Spotting a gap in the market, Richard decided to launch his own company.

Richard's son Andrew quickly joined the family business. Andrew had kept baby birds as a child so had firsthand knowledge of caring for young birds. Richard and Andrew scoured the world for the best wood, food, cages and toy factories for our Parrots.

King's design and manufacture all of their cages. They produce a range of powder coated cages, stainless steel cages and aluminium cages, alongside a range of supplements.

All King's Cages are non-toxic and safe and are tested on a regular basis to ensure standards are kept high.
