King`s Aluminium ACP2522 Play Gym Top Parrot Cage

I've recently bought a couple of these as my parrots had been in there Montana cages for just coming up 5years and to be honest hey were starting to get rusty etc.When I started to research into a couple of new cages I thought I'll just get some more Montana cages and they'll last 4 odd years. But when I was doing my research I came across Kings Cages and the idea of upgrading from power coated cages to Aluminium ones.From the pictures of the cages that Northern Parrots are supplied with it id difficult to get an idea of what these are like so I went to Kings Cages own website to carry on my research where I found a link where some poor chap had to talk over all these Macaws etc about the cages etc. This video which is on you tube was extremely helpful to me as in the video you get to see the cages and the quality of them better as there being filmed and you can get an idea of what you getting for your well earned money.Upon receiving my cages they were extremely easy to build which was a pleasure compared to my memory of building my Montana's some years ago. I left the built cages in my bird room for a week before moving my parrots in them so they could get used to them. They've now been living in them a week and they've not batted an eyelid about there new homes which is a relief!If you ever get to see these cages you will understand the quality of them straight away and yes they are expensive but built to last a lot longer than the powder coated cages . My one and only complaint which is nothing to do with Northern Parrots is the cage comes with plastic feeder cups which has not gone down well with most people when reviewing the cages and I don't understand why Kings Cages supply the cage with the stainless steel ones which I had to buy as extra's spending more money when for the cost of what these cages are should come as standard with the cages.Overall I'm very very impressed with the quality build of these cages and my parrots have taken to them very well as moving cages can be quite stressful.The parrots I have housed in these cages are my 2 Quakers and my Petz Conure.
