If your order has been sent by a trackable service, we will email you the tracking number when we despatch the order. You can then track the order online or telephone the carrier direct. You can also log into your account to see the tracking details.
UK orders will be sent by either Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on the weight of the parcel and the delivery service you have selected. Most items will need a signature, so if you are not in the driver will normally leave a card so you can ring up and arrange redelivery, or collect the parcel from a local post office.
Unfortunately we don't have a shop or the facility for goods to be collected. We do make sure we have full details and clear pictures of all our products on the website - any more information is just a call or email away. A priority delivery service is available for urgent orders.
If you are ordering online we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Electron cards, or you can pay by Paypal. If you prefer you can telephone us with your order and card details, or send your order through the post with a cheque. Please do not send cash for security reasons.

Unfortunately there's no one food which is suitable for all Parrots at all times. The best general advice we can give is to feed a variety of foods with a formulated complete diet such as pellets as the base. To this can be added seeds, pulses, nuts, fruit, vegetables and much more.
