Delivery Information

Free Standard UK Delivery – Orders Over £39

Standard Delivery* normally takes 3-5 working days from the day of despatch and your parcel will usually arrive by either Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the size and weight of the order.

If your order is less than £39, Standard Delivery* costs just £3.99. 

*Due to increased demand some courier services may take slightly longer than usual. 

We can also offer other delivery options. Orders must be placed by 2pm the day before - Priority and Saturday delivery has been temporarily suspended.


  • Priority Service (Delivered in 1-2 working days) - £5.99
  • Saturday* - £6.99

If these are available to your area they will be shown on the basket and checkout page.

We would advise ordering by noon on Saturday as collection times can vary at the weekend.

Please note, working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Large or heavy orders aren't available to all areas and may take an extra few days or be subject to surcharge.

If part of your order is temporarily out of stock we will normally back order it, and send it on as soon as possible. Low value items are not normally back-ordered.
If your order contains an item which is currently out of stock but due in the next few days, we will wait until the whole order can be despatched together. Should an item be particularly urgent please state this at the time of ordering so we can contact you if there is any delay.

Credit card orders will not be charged until they are ready for despatch. Orders must be paid for before despatch, unfortunately we cannot send items cash on delivery.
Most UK parcels are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery on the Standard, Priority or Saturday services. A signature may be required. Please note Parcelforce cannot leave your delivery outside of the premise, or in a safe location. They'll re-attempt delivery for a second time on the next working day, after which your parcel will be taken to the local post office.

We are happy to arrange delivery to a friend, relative, neighbour or business address if this is more convenient, you can choose this option at the checkout.

Please use full street address; we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in your parcel being delayed or even returned to us which will incur re-delivery charges.

Cage Delivery

Due to the weight and size, some cages are delivered on a pallet service to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your cage is going to be delivered this way we will contact you. Please note the courier is unable to collect / return / dispose of the pallet.

Cages delivered on this service may take slightly longer than other items to arrive – approximately a week to most areas.

Deliveries are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). A Next Working Day Service is available to some areas depending on capacity, please contact us for details.

Please ensure there is sufficient access and parking on the day of delivery.

Surcharges for cages may apply to some areas, we will contact you after receiving your order if this applies. Please note Cages cannot be delivered outside UK mainland or to some other remote addresses.

Any complaints/problems/damages with cages must be accompanied by photographs.

Some cages can not be delivered and will be shows as Collecton Only on the product page.

Important Information

Surcharges may apply to offshore / rural areas of the above countries, or for bulky items or values over £50.00, we will contact you if that is the case.

Please use full street address; we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in your parcel being delayed or even returned to us which will incur re-delivery charges.
Deliveries to countries, territories or regions outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and restrictions which will be the sole responsibility of the importer. This may mean extra charges and/or prohibitions on items such as food, seed and toys containing wood, leather or other natural materials. We strongly advise you to check with the authorities in your country before ordering.
Orders will be despatched upon receipt and charged at the above rates. If you would like us to confirm the delivery price you must request this in the comments section. Once a parcel has been despatched the delivery charge cannot be refunded.
Please ensure you are available to take delivery of the parcel. We can provide tracking details so you know when the parcel is about to be delivered. If for any reason you are not in to accept the parcel it will normally be held at the depot before being returned to us, this may result in further charges.
