Conure - Large Cages

Give your Large Conure a fantastic new cage that will give them plenty of space to eat, sleep and play. Buy the biggest cage that you can afford for your Parrot and remember that Large Conures have to spend as much time outside their cage as possible.

There are certain features that come as standard with every Large Conure Cage. Cages are on wheels so that you can move them quickly when needed, perhaps during cleaning or maintenance.

There are swing out feeders that you can quickly fill with food and water. Any excess mess your bird drops whilst they’re eating is caught in the seed catchers, reducing the amount of time you spend cleaning.

Perches are fitted throughout the cage so your Parrot has plenty of places to rest and finally there are large doors so you and your Large Conure, perhaps the popular Patagonian Conure, have plenty of room to get in and out the cage.

In addition to the travel cages, there are three styles of cage available, play top, open top and solid top. Each have massive benefits to your feathered friend.

Play top cages give your Parrot extra space to play on at the top of the cage. In some cases this can be removed if your Large Conure needs to play elsewhere for a little while. As the play top area is, as the name suggest, at the top of the cage, it won’t take up much extra space in your home.

Add toys or food to the play top section so your bird can entertain themselves (although do supervise all Conures, like the Blue-crowned Conure, if they are playing with toys.)

The extra area on open top cages is also at the highest point of the cage. As there are holders primed for perches, your Large Conure will enjoy the view they get when they stand on the perch. There’s also a large opening to allow your Parrot to get into and out of the main section of the cage quickly and easily.

Solid top cages don’t have any additional areas in the cage and it only opens through the main doors. Choose from either a dome top or flat top roof.

The most practical cage of all to use when you need to transport your Large Conure, perhaps to the veterinary surgery, is a travel cage. These have feeders, perches and wide doors and always ensure your Parrot’s journey is a pleasant one.
