Designed to keep your bird occupied for hours, the Turn `n` Learn Logs is made from tough polymer, nickel-plated chain and stainless steel to resist chewing.

Unscrew 1 or more of the 4 logs and hide treats inside.

Screw them back together - loosely for beginners - and you`re ready to go!

Hang in the cage and watch instinct take over.

Your Parrot has to unscrew the logs one at a time to try and find some goodies inside.

Excellent design

when i bought this i thought it would be too touch for my OW amazon, he has had similar things to this before, but the screw-action was something new for him. i filled his buckets with some tastey treats, screwed them together relitivley loose and hung them hin his cage. he was a little shy at first but within a few minutes he was attaching them and rattling away! it was with a little face expression full of amazement when his blue bucket dropped down to reveal his treat! they are getting tighter and tighter now and he loves it! you jsut have to be carefull not to start off too tight other wise they will lose interest. i call them 'shakey buckets' and he knows exactly what I mean! a must have for birdies that love a challenge :)

Great Foraging Toy

Bought this, added treat, placed in cage... turned around... turned back and it was opened. I did not think Darwin, our African Grey, would get used to it so quickly. He really got the knack so quickly. The only down side to this, is the cups are rather deep, and treats can get stuck in the bottom, I have a small ball of newspaper in the bottom to raise the treats up a little, especially at the moment with it being new. Don't want Darwin getting frustrated as he can't get his treat. On the whole a wonderful forager, very pleased with it.

Is my parrot dim?
4th May 2010

I've had this for over a year, & my grey still hasn't figured out how to open it, even when it's very loosely screwed together. He does hang upside down from it and squawk, so I think he enjoys it - just not in the way intended! Maybe he's a bit dim?

all our parrots love this toy. When we bought it i was afraid that they would never learn how to open it. But quickly they learned how to open it, and they are very fond to play with it.we fill this toy every day before we go to work. So that the birds have some job to too...and they are having a tough job to open it and find their candy

A must have!

This toy I bought for my african grey a while back. This is great and he never seems to get bored with this. It's a must have in the cage at all times. Good price and well worth the money. Let your parrot see you put treats in then watch him/her go at it until they get something out of it!
