The maize mat layers on this Triple Decker Chew Tower Parrot Toy sandwich together three plastic shapes, if you lift up the maize mats you can place treats in the centre rings, then watch your bird enjoy working out how best to retrieve them.

The woven maize mats are tightly wound, making them more durable then you may think. Your bird is sure to enjoy pulling them apart, un-ravelling them and crunching up all the pieces.

The plastic shape 'fillings' have grooved parts into which seeds can be wedged for more foraging fun.

Fitted to the bottom is a plastic flower shaped disc onto which plastic chain links and dummy shaped pacifiers have been attached. Your Parrot can easily move these parts around making the dummies rattle about and the shiny bell chime.

Not Very Durable

My Parrots: African Grey

Our African grey destroyed this within an hour, which was fine as that's what he has toys for. But then he started tearing sharp chunks of the coloured plastic off and it had to come out. I would recommend it for birds that aren't overly destructive but in my opinion it isn't safe for birds that are. Plus side.. with all the parts off the metal rod can be used in other toys.
