You can return any purchased item, for any reason. All we ask is that you return it unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Standard returns should be made within 90 days, perishable goods, such as foods must be returned within 30 days*

  

Free Returns in 3 Easy Steps

Small and medium parcels (up to 15kg) can be returned for FREE at any UK Post Office.

 

1. Prepare your return

Visit www.royalmail.com/returns follow the instructions and print a free returns label.

Top Tip: Remove the letters ‘SO’ from the beginning of your order number when inputting your details on the Royal Mail website.

 

2. Post Your Return

Drop your parcel off at any UK Post Office. Make sure your items are securely wrapped and your parcel contains all the information requested. Remember to ask for a receipt as proof of sending.

 

3. We’ll do the rest

Once we have processed your return you will receive notification via email. All successful returns will be credited to the original method used for payment. Please note refunds can take 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) to reach your account.

 

*This guarantee is in addition to your legal right under the EC Directive on Consumer Rights to cancel an order within 14 working days without a reason. Your statutory rights are not affected.

You can return the item using a courier of your choice - we'd recommend using a trackable service with insurance. Our return address is:

How do I return a large or heavy item?

Large items or those weighing more than 15kg will need to be collected from you. A collection fee applies for any unwanted items. The minimum charge is £15 (cages will be more expensive) please contact us for more information and further assistance.

 

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

Please contact us straightaway, we will do our utmost to resolve as quickly as possible with minimal inconvenience. We will arrange for a return at our expense and provide a replacement or refund.

 

What should I do if I receive an item that is damaged? 

Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item, we do take care to prevent damage of goods in transit. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible on 0800 488 0345 so we can resolve the issue.

 

Please Note: We review each case individually and in some cases we may require further information, such as pictures, so we can choose the best course of action.

 

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange service at this time.

 

Will you refund my return postage costs?

UK returns are free via Royal Mail. If you choose to select another method of return

we will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required.

These costs will need to be covered by you and we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
