Feather Plucking, also known as feather picking, self plucking, feather destructive behaviour and others, is an extremely complicated problem which can have a multitude of causes.

At the root of most cases though is a medical or nutritional issue, so it is important to seek the advice of an experienced Avian Veterinarian as a first step.

Unfortunately, even if the underlying issues can be identified and treated, many birds continue to feather pluck for reasons such as habit, attention seeking or self-soothing which can be even more difficult to stop.

We've put together a few products to help birds who feather pluck, such as foraging and shredding toys, to help keep them busy and provide a distraction, sprays and creams to provide relief from itching and irritation and supplements to help new feather growth and make sure a good nutritional base is maintained.

So find everything you need to reduce Feather Plucking right here.
